Elm Tree is dog-friendly, allowing up to two small dogs for an additional fee of £15. It includes the comforts of central heating and double glazing, ensuring a pleasant stay regardless of the weather.

Conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the main resort and a 15-minute stroll to the beach, Elm Tree offers both easy access to local attractions and a relaxing retreat. Bed linen is provided for your stay, though you will need to bring your own towels. Each caravan, including Elm Tree, comes with optional upgrades such as Wi-Fi, early check-in, late check-out, and the availability of a cot or highchair.

Essential amenities such as washing-up liquid, sponges, a toilet roll, and a tea towel are included, along with a fully equipped kitchen featuring cutlery, plates, pots, pans, an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner. A refundable bond payment of £50 is required for potential breakages, and a 25% deposit is needed at booking, with the full balance due four weeks before arrival. Check-in begins at 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am.
