Welcome to Yew Tree, our spacious 8-berth caravan at Golden Anchor Resort in Chapel St Leonards, near Skegness. This inviting retreat features three comfortable bedrooms plus a pull-out sofa bed, making it ideal for families or groups. Dog lovers will appreciate its pet-friendly policy, allowing up to two small dogs for an additional fee of £15. The caravan is equipped with bed linen, a large shower with a separate toilet, and a side deck for outdoor relaxation. Enjoy the convenience of your own parking space and the added safety of an enclosed veranda with a gate, perfect for children and pets.

Each of our caravans, including Yew Tree, offers optional upgrades such as Wi-Fi, early check-in, late check-out, and provisions for a cot or highchair. While bed linen is provided, guests are asked to bring their own towels. We supply essentials such as washing-up liquid, sponges, a toilet roll, and a tea towel. The kitchen comes fully equipped with cutlery, plates, pots, pans, an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, and a vacuum cleaner.

For added peace of mind, a refundable bond payment of £50 is required to cover any potential breakages, and a 25% deposit is needed at the time of booking, with the full balance due four weeks before arrival. Check-in begins at 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am.
